Vanessa and Dr Cartran were great! They took their time explaining all of my options and the rationale behind their recommendations. It was my first visit and everyone was pleasant, professional, and patient.

I spent almost 6 hours at Dentists of Stickney Point today. My very first visit. Now you would say how horrible that must have been. Nope. Chris at the front desk welcomed me in a way that made me feel comfortable right away. I first met with Dr. Hartley, who didn't immediately ask medical questions. Instead we had a few minutes of just talking. Then she asked what I was looking to accomplish and we went over any problems I was having and what she recommended. Chris met with me next and explained the suggested procedures and the cost so I could decide what I was going to proceed with. No pressure. Next I met with the assistant/radiologist, Emily, who was just as professional but casually friendly as Dr. Hartley. Next I had my teeth cleaned by a woman who was efficient and attentive to my comfort. The rest of the time I was either with Dr. Hartley or Emily. Any and every question I had was clearly answered. By the time I left I hadn't felt one moment of impatience, annoyance, mistrust, or actually anything negative from me OR them. After 6 hours I left smiling and feeling lucky that I had found this group. Sound too good to be true? It is not. Thanks everyone at Dentists of Stickney Point! Not the way I expected to spend my day, but not a disappointment!
